Immediate Former Statehouse advisor Joshua Kutuny has said President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto should be assured of victory in the August general elections.

Speaking in Tuigoin, Cherangany constiuency during the launch of last mile connectivity projects by Kenya Power Managing Director Ken Tarus in the area,Kutuny said Jubilee’s scorecard has cemented ground for victory in the coming polls.

The former lawmaker who announced his comeback during the Jubilee party primaries, pointed out that the Jubilee administration has delivered on most the campaing pledges they made to the electorate in 2013.

“Jubilee’s record in the last five years will make the reelection of President Kenyatta and DP Ruto smooth. Our opponents in NASA have no record or agenda to sell to Kenyans,” Kutuny said.

Kutuny said there are already clear indications that Jubilee will garner over 70 per cent of the votes that will be cast in this year’s election.

“You can tell from the warm reception that Jubilee has been receiving in regions that were perceived to be NASA strongholds that Jubilee will widen the margin in the August elections as compared to 2013,”said Kutuny.

The Cherangany MP hopeful urged Jubilee supporters to turn out and vote in large numbers on August 8 to ensure Jubilee secures a resolute win.

He at the same time lauded the Jubilee government for the first phase of the last mile connectivity project in Trans Nzoia county which he said has seen more than 56 per cent of the residents in rural areas connected to the power grid.
