Elgeyo Marakwet Governor Alex Tolgos is headed for a thumping victory Tuesday over Independent Candidate Moses Changwony according to a survey conducted by Northrift News.

The online opinion poll conducted on Friday and in which 1, 134 responded projects a whopping 62.85% win for Jubilee candidate and Incumbent Governor Alex Tolgos.
